Head of Digital Acquisition

As Head of Digital Acquisition, you will be responsible for all Zmarta Groups customer acquisition activities across the groups different markets, products and brands. This includes SEM/PPC, affiliate marketing, social media acquisition, display acquisition and other channels and activities aimed at customer acquisition. You will develop, improve and optimize our existing business while at the same time actively grow the business with new initiatives.

Your main focus will be to ensure growth and profitable acquisition on a highly competitive market. Your role is mainly strategic, but it includes hands on execution, driving the acquisition towards higher levels. You work in close cooperation with our suppliers and you have a dedicated digital team of experts reporting to you.

The Head of Digital Acquisition will report to the CMO and is key team member of Zmarta Groups overall team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implement the strategy, work against ROI KPI:s and managing a strong growth in all markets and verticals.
  • Identify and sign up relevant marketing partners where Zmartas exposure can drive acquisition
  • Manage a team of dedicated experts within each acquisition channel, working cross markets and product verticals
  • As a key stakeholder, set the agenda for the Zmarta team that works with digital conversion on our web pages
  • With support from the legal team, you ensure that compliance, rules and regulations are followed across the markets in your channels

Who are you?

  • You have some years’ experience of working with strategic customer acquisition B2C across multiple markets
  • You have leaderships skills and have experience from developing and managing skilled teams in the digital marketing field
  • You have great commercial understanding, quickly sizing the potential in different channels and activities from a ROI perspective
  • Your excellent knowledge about the Nordic market within digital marketing will be a key to your success
  • You have solid experience from e-commerce or a similar digital competitive environment with heavy focus on B2C performance marketing
  • Relevant technical skills within the digital marketing field
